Walton Career Academy (WCA) is a publicly-funded charter school that operates as a joint venture among local businesses, the Walton County School System and Athens Technical College with the single mission of “ensuring a viable 21st Century Workforce”.
The WCA’s focus is on seamless education which is accomplished by breaking down barriers between high school and college, between college and career, and between education and the business world. The WCA’s blend of academic and technical courses prepares our team members for the workforce or additional post-secondary education.
WCA connects Walton County’s citizens and businesses with the opportunities created by a more global and “technical” economy and is focused on our motto: “WCA is your pathway to College and Career Achievement.”
